In this painting there is horizontal composition. Also there are horizontal colors that make the eye look sad and a little depressed. The shading is also a big factor in the sadness that overcomes the eye. What really makes the eye itself stand out, is the lines and arches. This eye shows a different way of painting and using certain ways to make one eye ball really stand out.

In my opinion, the arcs almost seem to make the eye look angry. Plus the red around and in the eye look like blood, almost like the eye is unrelenting despite it's injury.
I love your whole entire blog in general. I laughed out loud at the picture on the side of the unicorn stabbing the bear! HEHE. I also like your picture of the eye even though it is a little sad.

Your concept is so original its really good. I'm sure you will have a lot of fun with it. I like your critique of the eye it was really good. Its funny because you found the to give off sadness when I thought it gave off anger.
